Dan says: "I already knew Paul prior to my body transformation, only through friends but in the last 10 weeks Paul has been someone I could talk too and relate too more than anyone else during this transformation. He was also my inspiration for the whole thing, you have only got to look at his different transformations to see what he has achieved through pure hard work, and seeing him change so dramatically made me believe I could do it too. When I 1st contacted him I knew I was letting myself in for a grueling time over the next 10 weeks, I had a holiday booked exactly 10 weeks from my start date so we got to work straight away. Bearing in mind I wanted a 12 week look in just 10 weeks it was necessary to get going quickly. The first 3 weeks were tough but once I'd completed that I felt and looked different already which spurred me onto stage 2. After 5 & 6 weeks I started to see less change so Paul changed my diet around and increased my cardio, after week 8 the change was so evident that I kept it up until the final few days. Without Paul's on hand help, guidance and expertise I would not of been able to continue this through until the end. He has supported me throughout, always encouraging me to do more and that has resulted in this change that I am so happy with. Paul thank you - your a true professional! Mark says: " There came a point this year, about June, when I realised I needed to sort a few things out in my life, and one of them was definitely how I felt in my body. I can't remember if it was the jeans that I split bending over, the new uniform that had to be a 38" waist or the near constant lethargy, but I got in touch with Paul. We've known each other for years, and when we bumped into each other we'd always threatened to do something, and having seen the successes he'd had with his other clients I wanted in, Platinum Personal Training was about to go international.

The programme was great, not just in terms of the results, but in how it impacts on every aspect of your life. I never thought I'd had a bad diet before, but when you remove the naughties (alcohol, sugar, dairy) you see just how much difference a few small changes can make. Combine that with a structured, interesting, challenging and regular training programme and the changes your body makes are quite frankly mind-blowing. I would never have taken a photo with my top off at the start of the summer which is why there's no 'before picture') but I can't stop looking at this one!! I am really proud of myself, and so grateful to Paul for all his guidance and support. "

"I have just finished my 12 week program, and I can honestly say I am blown away with the results!! I decided to ring Paul after seeing some of his results on Facebook and wanted to see if this really could be done in such a short space of time!! Well, it can!! But only with the help and support of someone that knows his stuff like Paul does!! Simon says: "I saw a picture of one of Pauls previous transformations and decided I would go and see him to discuss the process behind the transformation. Paul explained how the diet works and what training is needed to do and when. He designed me a nutrition plan and training programme for the 12 weeks. I was still dubious that I could loose weight and gain shape in 12 weeks but I was up for the challenge (nothing ventured nothing gained and all that) After seeing Paul I was excited to be starting my transformation, Paul gives you the encouragement needed to start you off on the right foot and continues to support you throughout the whole process so that you maintain your food and workouts. He is always available for advice and questions and is patient if a certain rep or movement isn't quiet working out. Paul will push you to get the most out of your sessions with him but makes sure you are comfortable and understand what/why you are doing what your doing. The transformation is simple and as Paul would tell me eat clean and train hard and you can get to where you want to be, and he was right I completed my transformation in 10 weeks loosing 7 inches on my waist and nearly 3 stone in weight. I also lost over 10% of my body fat along with gaining great strength and shape. Paul you are a brilliant personal trainer and I would recommend you to anyone that wants to loose weight or change their body shape. Thank you for your time, effort and support."

Tom says: "It all started back in September when I met Paul while he was working in Excel Gym, we got talking and he briefly explained what Personal Training Services he offered. It was then he showed me how he underwent a 12 week transformation of his own. This is when it perked up my interest in his personal training after seeing the results you can achieve if you train and eat properly. It was after the free consultation that my mind was made up and I would undertake the challenge. I set myself some goals and the training began. (Oh I was in for a shock).

As you might be aware the training is broken down into 3 Phases, Phase 1 being foundation work on core muscles with very little cardio, Phase 2 being a bit more intense on the upper and lower body but still very small amounts of cardio, then Phase 3 was high intensity upper/ lower alongside an increased effort on the cardio and abs side.

The first 4 weeks (Phase 1) were the hardest, as not having done a lot of lower back/leg and upper body work previous it took some time for my body to adjust and recover from his training exercises. Eating properly, as Paul will explain if you undertake his 12 week challenge, is an essential and vital part of the program if you wish to see the results you want. The next 4 weeks (Phase 2) were more on the body building side and getting the technique of all the exercises right. The weights increased as did the cardio style (Again Paul will explain all of this if you take up his program). This will work on a set range of muscle groups, e.g. Upper and lower Back. The final 4 weeks (Phase 3) were a mixture of lower body and upper body where as in the previous 2 phases you would work on single muscle groups, for example 1 session would be on chest and triceps, the last phase combined it all for you to get that all round result you want, the cardio and abs work was stepped up dramatically as well as the diet.

With over 10 years’ experience Paul knows what he is talking about so if you wish to achieve the results you want then listen to what he has to say and take it on board, it will help you!! I want to add a big thanks to Paul for helping me through my program and achieving massive results which I could not have reached on my own, below is a before and after picture which is annotated to show the results I have achieved. But as Paul says “this is not the end but only the beginning!!!!”"
